This is a package insert for Potassium Citrate Extended-Release Tablets. Each tablet contains 15 mEq of Potassium Citrate and is oval-shaped, uncoated, and off-white to tan yellowish in color. The tablets should be stored at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) with excursions permitted between 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F). It is advised to keep this medication out of the reach of children and dispense it in a tight container with a child-resistant closure.*
