ONPATTRO is a registered trademark for a lipid complex injection that contains patisiran and is used for intravenous infusion only. It comes in a single-dose vial and should be discarded after use. It contains a list of ingredients, including patisiran sodium, cholesterol, and various sodium and potassium phosphates. The injection should be refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C and should not be frozen or shaken. Consult the package insert for dosage and administration information.
