MKO TROCHE Rev.0 is a compounded drug with active ingredients including Midazolam/Ketamine HCL/Ondansetron. Each troche contains 3mg Midazolam, 25mg Ketamine HCL, and 2mg Ondansetron. The inactive ingredients are Stevia powder (4mg), Marshmallow flavor (0.005 mL), Vanilla flavor (0.005 mL), Lemon flavor (0.005 mL) and Troche base (130mg). The troche is not for resale and is for office use only. The drug should be stored at a temperature of 20 to 25°C, and the lot number, manufacture, and expiry date is also provided.
