NDC 71399-0400-1 is a skin bleaching cream manufactured by Akron Pharma. It contains hydroguinone USPLT and needs to be applied to the affected area twice a day or as directed by the physician. The package insert should be checked for complete product information. This cream is for external use only and should be kept out of reach of children. The presence of sodium metabisulfite may cause allergic reactions in some people, especially those with asthma. The foil seal needs to be removed to open the cream.
