Baclofen Injection (Intrathecal) is a sterile solution for intrathecal injection. It contains baclofen USP 0.05 mg and sodium chorde USP 5.5 mg in Water for Injection USP to equal 1 L. The solution comes in single-use ampules with 10x1mL which contain 50 mcg/mL of the drug. It does not require refrigeration and should be stored at room temperature. The package insert contains complete prescribing information and dosage. Twist and open the ampule and discard unused portions.*
