Prosoria medicated shampoo contains selenium sulfide 1% as the active ingredient which helps in controlling scalp itching, redness, flaking, and scaling associated with dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. It is only for topical use and should be used at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor. For maximum control, it can be used every time while shampooing. The shampoo bottle should be shaken before use and applied to wet hair and scalp, followed by a rinse. Other ingredients include Baraersi Leaf Extract, Butyl Hydroxytoluene, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium EDTA, D&C Yellow 10, FD&C Red 40, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, Propylene Glycol, Water, and Sodium.
