This is a table displaying the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Doxycycline and Tetracycline for various organisms such as Tetracycine, Bacillus anfracis, Enbrobactricese, Haemophilus influenzae, and others. The table also provides interpretive criteria for susceptibility to these antibiotics. The absence of resistance indicates the results to be susceptible. If the MIC results are other than susceptible, further testing should be done. It mentions that some organisms that are resistant to Tetracycline can still be susceptible to Doxycycline. It explains that Gonococci with less than 10mm disk zone diameter on 30 mog Tetracycline disk usually indicate a resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolate, and resistance in such strains should be confirmed with a dilution test.*
