Hi Hand Clean is a Korean-made hand cleanser that is an instant antiseptic solution effective in decreasing bacteria on the skin. It contains Hypochlorous Acid (0.003%) as the active ingredient. The product comes with a warning that it is strictly for external use only, and must not be used on open skin wounds or in children less than two months of age. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. The product must be kept out of reach of children and if swallowed, medical help or Poison Control must be contacted immediately. To use, apply a sufficient amount to clean, dry hands and thoroughly rub onto all surfaces of hands and fingers until dry. The product must be stored between 15-30C and should not be frozen or exposed to excessive heat above 40C. The product contains inactive ingredients such as Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Powder, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Menthol, and Tea Tree Leaf Extract. It is manufactured and distributed by Eco Face Shop co.
