This is a medication for treating vaginal yeast infection, but it should not be used by those who have never had this infection diagnosed. If the symptoms are accompanied by lower abdominal, back or shoulder pain, fever, chills, nausea, vomiting or foul-smelling vaginal discharge, a doctor should be contacted. Patients with serious underlying medical conditions, such as diabetes or a weakened immune system, should also consult a doctor. The use of this product may cause vaginal burning, itching, or irritation. If symptoms persist for more than three days, stop using the product and contact a doctor. Patients over 12 years old should insert one applicator into the vagina for three consecutive nights before bed. The product should be stored between 20°C and 25°C. It contains benzoic acid, ety alcohol, isopropyl myristate, polysorbate 60, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, purified water, and tearyl alcohol as its inactive ingredients. A doctor or pharmacist should be consulted before using in conjunction with the prescription blood-thinning medicine warfarin.*
