This is a pharmacy bulk package of Clindamycin Injection for intravenous use, with 9,000mg per 60mL. It is not intended to be dispensed as a unit and must be diluted before IV use. It is sterile with non-pyrogenic contents, and contains Clindamycin phosphate equivalent to Clindamycin 150mg of Clindamycin. The package insert should be consulted for dosage information. The bulk package is intended for preparing many single doses in a pharmacy admixture program, and further dilution is required. The product should be discarded within 4 hours of initial entry and should be stored at a temperature of 20° to 25°C. There is additional information on the insert.
