This is a description of a single-dose injection of Aminophylline, USP. Each 10 mL contains 250 mg of Aminophylline (25 mg/mL concentration). It is advised to protect the product from light and not use it if crystals have formed. The solution is distributed by Hospira, Inc. and is for intravenous use only. Each mL contains 25 mg of aminophylline (equivalent to 19.7 mg/mL of anhydrous theophylline), may have excess ethylenediamine for pH adjustment, and has a pH of 8.8 to 9.0. It is sterile and nonpyrogenic. The usual dose is recommended to be checked in the insert provided. Unused portions should be discarded.*
