This is a pack of alcohol prep pads with the NDC 68599-5804-1. The prep pad is 1.2"x2.6", which is about 3cm x 6.5cm, sterilized and is saturated with 70% v/v isopropyl alcohol. This is an antiseptic that can be used to prepare the skin prior to an injection. It should only be used for external purposes and should be kept away from flames or fire. Moreover, it should not be used with Glircoautery procedures or in the eyes. If reddening or irritation occurs, one should stop using it within 72 hours, and a physician should be consulted.
