Maximum Strength Triple Antibiotic + Pain Relief Ointment is a first aid antibiotic used to help prevent infection and for temporary relief of pain or discomfort in minor cuts, scrapes or burns. It contains Bacitracin (500 units), Neomycin (3.5 mg), Polymyxin B (10,000 units) as first aid antibiotics and Pramoxine HCl (10 mg) as an external analgesic. The ointment is for external use only, and is available for adults and children above 2 years of age. It shouldn't be used on deep or puncture wounds or animal bites and shouldn't be used if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The ointment shouldn't be used over large areas of the body or in the eyes. If the condition persists or gets worse, stop its use and ask a doctor. Contact poison control center immediately if the ointment is swallowed. The ointment has some inactive ingredients including ethanol, methylparaben, mineral oil petrolatum, polyoxyl 40 stearate, and propylparaben.*
