This is a Drug Facts label for an antiseptic towelette containing 0.13% Benzalkonium Chloride. It is intended to prevent infections in minor scrapes. The applicator is sterile if the package is intact. The product is manufactured by Nantong Sirius Packing Products Co. Ltd. in China. The label warns that the product is for external use only and is flammable, should be kept away from fire or flame. It should not be used in large quantities over large areas of the body or on raw or blistered areas. Patients should stop use and contact a doctor if conditions do not improve or persist for more than seven days or clear up and occur again within a few days. The product should be kept out of reach of children, and if swallowed, patients should contact Poison Control Center or get medical help right away. The product should be applied to the cleaned affected area not more than three times a day for adults and children aged two years or older. Children under two years of age should consult a doctor. The product contains purified water as an inactive ingredient.*
