This is a description for a Hydrocortisone Valerate Cream. Each gram contains 2 mg of Hydrocortisone Valerate in a hydrophilic base. It is recommended to store the cream at 20-25°C and apply a small amount to affected areas 2 or 3 times daily. The cream is for external use only and should not be used for ophthalmic purposes. The pharmacist should dispense the cream along with patient package inserts. To puncture the tube seal, remove the cap, turn it upside down, and place the puncture tip onto the tube seal. Push the cap until the tube end is punctured, then screw the cap back on to reseal the tube. It is advised to keep this and all medications out of the reach of children.*
