Each capsule contains Vancomycin Hydrochloride USP equivalent to 250 mg of Vancomycin. The usual total daily adult dose is 500 mg to 2 g, to be administered in divided doses every 6 to 8 hours. This medication is not for the treatment of systemic infections. Store at Controlled Room Temperature 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F). Contains color additives.
