Each tablet contains Metolazone, USP 10 mg. The medication should not be substituted with formulations equivalent to Zaroxolyn® or formulations equivalent to Mykrox®. It is recommended to store the tablets in a package container with a child-resistant closure according to USP specifications. The usual dosage information can be accessed by scanning the package insert QR code. Store the tablets at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F), with excursions permitted to 15°-30°C (59°-86°F). Protect from light. The package contains 100 tablets and should be dispensed in a tight, light-resistant packaging.*
