Each mL of the sterile solution contains 20 mg of plerixafor. The Single-Dose Vial delivers 1.2 mL of the sterile solution containing 24 mg of plerixafor and 5.9 mg of sodium chloride in Water for Injection. This solution is adjusted to a pH of 6.0 to 7.5 with hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide if required. The medication is for subcutaneous injection only and must be stored at 25°C (77°F) with excursions permitted between 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F). The pharmaceutical product does not contain preservatives and should be kept out of the reach of children.*
