This is a package insert for Erythromycin ethylsuccinate suspension, containing 200mg of erythromycin per 5mL in banana-flavored, aqueous solution. Before mixing, it should be stored below 86°F (30°C). Instructions for mixing: Add 53mL of water, shake vigorously to make 100mL suspension. Best taste when mixed 15-20 minutes before dosing. Dosage can be administered without regard to meals, typical dosage for children: 30 to 50 mg/kg/day. No refrigeration needed.
