This is a product description for Erythromycin ethylsuccinate suspension, each teaspoonful containing erythromycin 400mg in a banana-flavored aqueous vehicle. Before mixing, store below 86°F (30°C) and add water to make 100 mL of suspension. The dosage for children is 30 to 50 mg/kg/day in divided doses. It may be taken with or without meals, and should be shaken well before use. The suspension should be used within 35 days after mixing and stored at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F). Refrigeration is not required.*
