Its primary use is to prevent dehydration and to replace fluids and electrolytes lost during physical exertion or hangovers. It is recommended to mix one pack with 500ml or 170z of water and consume once or twice a day. Lingtea should be avoided if the user has heart or kidney disease, electrolyte or fluid regulations. Lingtea should be kept out of reach of children and should not be stored at temperatures above 40°C (104°F). If the packaging shows signs of damage, it should not be used.*
