use only as directed
do not bandage tightly or use a heating pad

condition persists for more than 3 days
condition worsens

If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Directions

apply dime-sized dab of rub to affected areas
rub thoroughly
allow 30 minutes after application for intended effects
repeat as needed
