A/ Jelmyto is a single-dose carton for pyelocalyceal use only. It contains 350-tonis. It is a warning that it is forbidden to use this product for any other purposes. The product is named as Jelmyto' and contains ritomycin. The product should be handled carefully and should be used as per the instructions provided on the package. There are certain instructions regarding the storage of the product available on the carton.*

MOCTHEOR T single-dose vial is a sterile solution of Jelmyto, which contains 40 mg of mitomycin used for pyelocalyceal treatment. Before use, the powder must be mixed with sterile hydrogel. The product should be stored between 20°C and 25°C. Each vial contains 40mg of mitomycin and 80 mg of mannitol. The usual dosage should be determined in accordance with the prescribing information. The product is distributed by UroGen Pharma Inc. in Princeton, NJ.*
Jelmyto 33
This is a single-dose vial containing 0.004 g hydroxypropyl and sterile hydrogel methcsose. It also contains 0.1 g poloamer and is intended for use in the preparation of JELMYTO™ 021 polyethylene glycol. It is not for direct administration and is distributed by UroGen Pharma. The instructions on how to prepare the solution can be found in the pharmacy's instructions. It should be stored between 20°C and 25°C, with excursions permitted between 15°C and 30°C. Excessive heat above 40°C should be avoided. The vial is intended for use with mitomycin for pyelocalyceal solution. The lot and Bp numbers are provided.*
