This sunscreen lotion contains active ingredients like Avobenzone, Homosalate, and Octocrylene to prevent sunburn, decrease the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun. The lotion has a higher SPF offering more protection from sunburn. The product should not be used on damaged or broken skin, or near the eyes. It needs to be reapplied after swimming, sweating, or towel drying, and at least every 2 hours. The sunscreen lotion is effective when combined with other sun protection measures like wearing long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses. The inactive ingredients include Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Benzyl Alcohol, Butyloctyl Salicylate, Carbomer, Dimethicone, Disodium EDTA, Methylparaben Polyglyceryl-3 Distearate, Propylparaben, Sorbitan Isostearate, Sorbitol, Stearic Acid, Tocopherol, Triethanolamine, VP/Eicosene Copolymer, and Water. The container of the product needs to be protected from excessive heat and direct sun. It is water-resistant and may stain some fabrics.
