GELFOS-M is an antacid medication containing Aluminum Phosphate, Colloidal, Magnesium Hydroxide, and Simethicone. It is effective for treating sour stomach, acid indigestion, and upset stomach associated with these. It is important to consult a doctor before use if taking a prescription drug, as antacids may interact with certain prescription drugs. Users should not take more than 4 envelopes in 24 hours and should not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks. GELFOS-M should be stored at room temperature and kept out of reach of children.
