Younggaksan is a drug that is used to loosen phlegm and thin bronchial secretions, which helps to get rid of bothersome mucus and make coughs more productive. It contains several active ingredients such as powdered platycodon root, powdered senega, apricot kernel and powdered gheyrhia. This product is temporarily used to relieve cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation which may occur with the common cold or inhaled irritants.
