This is a warning for a cytotoxic special handling drug. The single dose vial contains Mitomycin and mannitol to which 10 mL of sterile Water for Injection needs to be added. The reconstituted solution should be stored under refrigeration and discarded after 14 days or 7 days if unrefrigerated. The usual dosage details can be found in the package insert.
