Insadol is a drug used for treating dental problems such as periodontal disease, gingivitis, and dental caries disease. It contains Corn sterzed quantitade sstract 350mg Dumass (beta sitosterol) as the active ingredient. It is not advisable for people who are hypersensitive to the drug or its ingredients to take this medicine. Patients who are pregnant, lactating or have asthma, chronic stomatesis or are overreacting to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs must consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist before taking the drug. The drug may interfere with the absorption of cholesterol medicines. The usual recommended dose for an adult is two tablets, three times a day before the meal as the primary dose, and one tablet three times a day before the meal as a maintenance dose. The medicine must be stored at room temperature and kept away from children. It contains inactive ingredients such as magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, colloidal silicon dioxide, and povidone K30.
