The gel is used by applying enough product to cover all surfaces of the hands and rubbing them together until dry. The product comes with warnings about external use only, keeping it away from heat or flame, avoiding contact with eyes, ears, and mouth, and not using it on children less than 2 months of age or on open skin wounds. The inactive ingredients are Aqua, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Glycerin, Aloe Barbadensis leaf juice, and Tocopheryl Acetate, and it contains 2.030 FL OZ (60 mL) liquid.
