It is designed to relieve the temporary pain and aches of muscles and joints commonly caused by strains, sprains, bruises, arthritis, and simple backaches. It can be applied directly to the skin up to 3-4 times in a day for not more than eight hours per application. COOL & HOT GelPatch is easy to apply and remove, and it is flexible and adhesive with no odor. If you are allergic to any active or inactive ingredient, please consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If the condition worsens, rash, itching or excessive skin irritation develops, or if the symptoms persist for more than seven days, please discontinue use and see a doctor right away.
