This is the Drug Facts for Gel Paich 35 COOL & HOT GelPatch by Toplast. It provides temporary relief of minor aches and pains associated with arthritis, strains, bruises, sprains, and simple backache. The patch contains Menthol 4% and Capsaicin 0.025%, both of which are effective topical analgesics. The patch should be applied to the skin not more than 3 to 4 times a day, and the suggested duration of use is up to 8 hours. The patch should not be used immediately after or before taking a bath, shower or applying local heat to the area of use. If symptoms persist or worsen within 7 days or reoccur after a few days' interval, or if rash, excessive skin irritation, or itching develops, the user must discontinue the use and consult a doctor. The patch should not be bandaged tightly or allowed to come into contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. If swallowed, children and pets must get medical help immediately.
