Ammonia N 13 Injection, USP is a diagnostic, radioactive material used for intravenous use. It is available in multi-dose vials with a concentration of 3.75 mCi/mL to 37.5 mCi/mL at EOS* and should be stored at 25°C (77°F). The lot number and NDC# 73410-001-01 are provided on the vial. The product is sterile, non-pyrogenic, and comes in a shielded container for storage. The correct dosage should be calculated based on the date and time of calibration, and it should not be used if cloudy or contains particulate matter. The half-life of (N13) is 9.96 minutes. The product is manufactured by Decatur Memorial Hospital in Decatur, IL 62526.*
