Betibeglogene autotemcel (also known as Zynteglo) is a suspension for IV infusion which contains genetically modified autologous hematopoietic stem cells. It is meant for autologous use and intravenous use only and should not be irradiated or used with an inline blood filter or infusion pump. The dosage and administration details are available in the full prescribing information. The suspension is available in infusion bags with a specified number of CD34+ cells per kg for the patient. Not evaluated for infectious substances. An Rx is required.*
