Qwo® is a subcutaneous injection that aids in removing cellulite in adult females. The contents of the single-dose vial include 0.9 mg of collagenase clostridium histolyticum-aaes, and mannitol, sucrose, tromethamine, and hydrochloric acid as needed to adjust pH. The supplied Diluent for Qwo® should be used for reconstitution, which, when combined with the drug within the 0.92 mg vial, yields a single-dose 023 mg/mL solution, to be stored for up to 72 hours in a refrigerated environment (2°C to 8°C [36°F to 46°F]). The subcutaneous injection carton contains one Qwo® and one Diluent for Qwo®. It is suggested to refer to the Prescribing Information for dosage guidance.*
