The Outer Reef Mineral Sunscreen is a biodegradable sunscreen with antioxidants, water-resistant for 80 minutes, and provides UVA and UVB protection. The sunscreen is mineral-based and reef-safe to protect coral reefs. Its active ingredient is Titanium Dioxide, which retains SPF even after exposure to swimming, sweating, or towel drying. The sunscreen comes with a warning to avoid ingestion, damaged or broken skin, and to consult a physician if a rash develops or irritation occurs. The sunscreen must be applied 15-minutes before sun exposure and reapplied every 80 minutes of swimming, sweating or every two hours.
