The active ingredient is Ethyl Alcohol 75%. The product is recommended for hand washing to decrease bacteria on the skin. It is made in China and distributed in the USA by Sol-Millennium Medical Inc. The product is flammable and should be kept away from fire or flame. It should not be used near the eyes or on broken skin. In case of irritation or rash, product use should be discontinued, and a doctor should be consulted. Children under 6 years of age should be supervised while using this product. If ingested, medical help should be sought.*
