The active ingredient is a 75% concentration of isopropyl alcohol. The purpose of this product is to reduce bacteria on the skin when soap and water are unavailable. The product is flammable and caution must be taken to not allow the product to come in contact with heat or flame. Additionally, it should not be used on children less than 2 months of age or on open skin wounds. The user is to rub the product on their hands until it dries. The product contains water, glycerin, aloe extract, and fragrance in addition to the isopropyl alcohol.*
