This is a description of a hand sanitizer gel called "Welcome Premier Hand Sanitizer Gel". The gel is to be squeezed onto the hands and it includes instructions for usage, active and inactive ingredients and warnings, including that it is flammable and should be kept away from heat or flame. The active ingredient is ethyl alcohol at 70%. The gel also contains moisturizing aloe and Vitamin E. The product is not suitable for children less than 2 months old, should not be used on open skin wounds and should not come in contact with eyes or mouth. Users are advised to seek medical help or contact poison control if the product is swallowed. The product needs to be stored between 15-30°C and should be kept away from excessive heat.*
