Tattered Flag Still Works manufactures a non-sterile solution hand sanitizer called Alcohol Antiseptic 80% Topical Solution. The active ingredient is alcohol 80% v/v and it is used to reduce bacteria that potentially can cause disease when soap and water are not available. However, children less than 2 months of age should not use it and it should not be applied on open skin wounds. If it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. The product is flammable and should be kept away from heat or flame. It is important to store it at temperatures between 15-30C (59-86F) and avoid excessive heat above 40C (104F). In addition to glycerin and hydrogen peroxide, the product contains purified water USP.*
