This is a hand sanitizer called "Instant" and it is made in the USA. Its active ingredient is AICONO B2% which serves as an antiseptic to reduce bacteria on the skin. The product is flammable and should not be exposed to fire or flame. It is for external use only and should be kept away from the eyes. If it comes into contact with the eyes, flush the eyes with water immediately. The product should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted if redness or irritation develops and lasts for more than 72 hours, or if redness is present. It should be kept out of reach of children, and in case of accidental ingestion, a doctor or Poison Control Center should be contacted immediately. To use it, place enough product in the palm to cover both hands and rub hands until dry; no rinsing is required. The product should not be stored above 105°F and may discolor fabrics or surfaces. Its inactive ingredients are carbomer, deionized water, propylene glycol, and sodium hydroxide. It is distributed by Elevate Skincare Inc.*
