Alcohol 80% V/v. Purpose: Antiseptic (Druginfolabel1)
This is a description of a hand sanitizer with 80% alcohol used as an antiseptic to reduce bacteria and help prevent diseases. It should only be used externally and kept away from heat or flame. It should not be used on open skin wounds or children under 2 months old. If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation or rash occurs, see a doctor. This product should be kept out of reach of children and if swallowed, seek medical attention. The hand sanitizer should be rubbed onto all surfaces of the hand until dry, and children under the age of 6 should be supervised when using. It should be stored between 15-30C (59-85F) and contains glycerin, hydrogen peroxide, purified water USP, tert-butanol, and sucrose gglgaglate as inactive ingredients.*
