This is a 70% topical solution antiseptic with alcohol that can reduce bacteria that cause disease. It is intended for health care personnel use and it is flammable. It comes in a 1-gallon container, and the directions state to apply enough product on hands to cover all surfaces and rub until dry. It should not be used on children less than 2 months of age or open skin wounds, and it should be kept out of the eyes, ears, and mouth. If irritation or rash occurs, stop use and ask a doctor.
