GCerm Off Hand Sanitizer is a WHO-recommended handrub formulation containing Ethanol 80%, Safflower Ol 1.45%, and Hydrogen Peroxide 0.125%. It's a flammable liquid and should be kept away from heat, fire, and sparks. It's intended for external use only, and it's recommended to apply a palmful covering all surfaces of the hands and rubbing them until dry.
