It is intended to help reduce bacteria that can cause diseases in situations where soap and water are not available. The active ingredient is AICONOI, which is an antiseptic. It comes with directions to place enough product on hands to cover all surfaces and rub hands together until dry. It cautions against using it in children less than 2 months old or on open skin wounds. If irritation or rash occurs, the user should stop using the product and consult a doctor. It is flammable and must be kept away from heat or flame. Store it between 15-30C (59-86F).*
