Dr. Luman Instant Hand Sanitizer is a USP grade hand sanitizer that kills 99.9% of bacteria on the skin with 70% Ethyl Alcohol. It is effective in reducing bacteria on the skin and is consistent with World Health Organization recommendations. The inactive ingredients include Water, Olive Oil PEG-7 Esters, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Aminomethyl Propanol, and Aloe Barbadensis Extract. The sanitizer should not be used near the eyes and is flammable, so it should be kept away from fire or flame. The product should be rubbed into the skin until dry and stored below 106°F. It is distributed by DNC Precision Cosmetic Solutions Inc in Rosemead.*
