It leaves the hands feeling soft and can be used anytime for quick clean-up when soap and water is not available. However, this product is not recommended for children under 2 months of age, on open skin wounds, or for inhalation of vapors during application. The ingredients include water, glycerin, carbomer, butylene glycol, Aoe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Panthenol, Tromethamine, and fragrance.
