This is a hand sanitizer produced by Holonix LLC. The active ingredient is Ultrez 10 and it contains other inactive ingredients such as DI Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Carbomer. It is recommended to be stored between 15-30°C [59-86°F] and should be kept away from freezing and excessive heat above 40°C (104°F). It is meant for external use only and should not be used on children less than two months of age or on open skin wounds. It is effective in reducing bacteria and germs but has not been approved by the FDA for safety and efficacy. The sanitizing liquid should be applied to hands and rubbed together until dry, and children should be supervised to prevent ingestion. For safety purposes, keep out of reach of children and keep away from eyes, ears, and mouth. A doctor should be contacted if any kind of irritation, rash or signs of a serious condition occur.*
