It is effective at eliminating 99.99% of many common harmful germs & bacteria in as little as 15 seconds. The active ingredient is Ethanol with a percentage of 0% - tsept and Hydrogen Peroxide constitutes <1% as antiseptic. It is recommended for handwashing to decrease bacteria on the skin and for repeated use. The product is flammable and one should keep away from heat and flame. It is only for external use and should be kept out of eyes. If the product comes in contact with eyes, flush thoroughly. If inhaled or ingested, seek medical attention. The product should be kept out of the reach of children. It is not recommended for infant use. It can discolour some fabrics or harm wood finishes and plastics.
