This is a hand sanitizer made by Sunbeam Laboratories which contains 70% Ethyl Alcohol and is recommended for repeated use. It helps to reduce bacteria on the skin. Users should put enough product in their palm and rub their hands together until dry. Children under 6 should be supervised when using the product to avoid swallowing. It should not be used on open wounds or in contact with eyes. The product is flammable and should be kept away from sources of heat, fire or flame. Users should stop using the product if irritation or redness develops and lasts. The product does contain inactive ingredients including water, Isopropyl, Carbomer Triehanolamine and Aloe Vera.*
