Dr. Hydrocell Natural Pure Gel is a hand sanitizer gel that contains naturally derived moisturizing ingredients effective in eliminating harmful germs and hydrating skin. It is designed to be applied to the hands and rubbed in until completely dry. It contains Ethanol(KP) 70% to kill more than 99.9% of germs. It is not to be used around the eyes and ears, in the mouth, or for chemical burns and it should be kept away from fire. The appropriate amount of the product should be applied on the hands until they are dry. The product is manufactured by Medical Co. Ltd in South Korea.*
